The elements in each of these courses begin with an eLearning element followed by an instructor-led workshop to bring relevance to the learners' direct roles. This is the most commonly requested type of learning that I get.

Reviewing PNR History

This course teaches travel agents how to interpret the details from a flight Passenger Name Record (PNR) history, a critical competency in an agent's role of assisting travelers with their flight details.

The challenge was that PNRs were very complex, so I broke the details down piece by piece to help learners understand what each code represents and built upon those with interactions and real scenarios to see the relevance of each detail. This scaffolded approach increased learners' level of understanding of the different pieces of a PNR.
