Soft skills and Sales are some of my favorite topics. Some of my recent work is blended courses, beginning with eLearning, followed by an ILT experience where the facilitator brings the learning to life with direct application to their roles in the company. Six of my courses were made into templates for multiple campaigns, where we would personalize the content with relevant scenarios to a client's business model, customer personas, and specific situations.

Leadership Xcellence
The Leadership Xcellence course is a 14-week program designed for Directors and new Vice-Presidents of a supply chain organization. Senior Leadership had specific requests for topics, while other topics were selected after meeting with VPs and Directors to learn their common pain points.

The learning experience was instructor-led, focused on collaboration and implementing ideas into action. This 14-week course is described in the Design and Plan document, began with facilitating a group in a half-day lesson every other week, with coaching sessions in the weeks between, where the learners demonstrated their understanding of the lesson by sharing the results of a challenge to personalize the lesson with their team.
