Experience It! Courses

This collection of courses was created to create an immersive experience for call center agents worldwide who might never fly on an airplane, rent a car, or enjoy any tourism activities. This interactive course was designed to help these agents relate to and empathize with their traveling customers.

 

The courses take the agent through different decisions a traveler might encounter from the perspective of three customer personas so they can explore the priorities of different customer demographics. Based on their choices, they see the result of their decisions as good, bad, or indifferent. These courses helped global agents relate better to their travelers as they explored all possibilities and realized the results of a customer's choices.

This self-paced eLearning course was created for Rise with video and Storyline elements to create an immersive experience. We began with Experience It! Air Travel, and the client was so pleased that we also did Experience It! courses for car rental and activities.​​​​​​​

Cruise Prank Battleship

This high-complexity Storyline review game could be self-paced or instructor-led. It was originally created in PowerPoint as the instructor-led segment of a blended course, but the client had concerns about trainers modifying the file, resulting in repeated maintenance to correct the functionality. They also asked us to downplay the perceived violence of war from the original game of Battleship.

 

This updated version maintained the competitive nature of Battleship, but instead, was full of pranks, such as glitter bombs, water canons, and flying cheese!

Answer correctly, and the prank is cast on the passing ship.

A gifted graphic designer really brought my ideas to life on this one. The client loved the competition and the increased engagement they experienced with this activity.
