SQLite Database Structures

The client's digital forensics courses weren't receiving positive reviews from those taking the certification program. One complaint many learners expressed was related to the content length, so we broke the lessons down into 15-minute micro-courses. Each Storyline micro-course is part of a professional certification track for data forensic investigators to begin learning about data forensics.

 

This course incorporates video, graphic, and interactive elements as learners explore the different parts of a database structure. Learners appreciated that they could review a specific topic instead of combing through an entire course to find what they needed.

Financial Acumen

The challenge to overcome in this course was helping middle management with no financial background understand their organization's financial reports. Middle managers didn't understand the financial jargon, numbers, or statistics, let alone their team's contributions.

I created Calvin Calculator as a friendly guide to help learners understand how their line of business is performing by guiding them through the details of EBITDA, profitability, cash conversion, and value creation.

​EverTrainer Storybuilding

This client implemented Zenarate AI Trainer, branded as EverTrainer, for their call center operations and training. The problem the stakeholders faced was that their clients were excited to sign up for their agents to use EverTrainer, but the operations team was very slow to adopt and engage with the program. It was also very difficult to get coaches and QA specialists away to take a workshop. 

 

To prepare for the handover, we provided a training program that offered different learning paths for coaches, trainers, and creators, allowing them to take self-paced courses on the specific skills required for their use of the tool. For this featured storyboard, I focused on those building the stories into the tool.​ The course was created on the Rise platform, with graphic design, video, and Storyline elements to bring it to life as an interactive experience. The Evie character, combined with light conversational language, made this daunting task less overwhelming to learn as we pieced together the different skills.​​​​​​
